David J.Salisbury

Having more than 35 years of significant involvement in underground and surface coal, open pit gold, uranium mining and copper mine development especially with more than 17 years working for Rio Tinto plc While with Rio Tinto, he served as CEO and President of Resolution Copper Mining as well as President and CEO of Kennecott Minerals Company. Mr. Salisbury was the leader for the Rio Tinto global improvement program, Improving Performance Together.

Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Mr. Salisbury served as the President of Cordero Mining Company / Sun Coal Company and was responsible for the operation of the Cordero Mine. He also Served as President and COO of the Al Hamilton Operation Company / Bradford Coa.

Stephan A. Schuchardt

Director, CBI Energy and Chemical Group (Acting CEO of CBI E&C Group)

Graduated from Universityof Wisconsin, Stephan over 40 years experience in the mining, construction and process engineering fields. During his career, he has performed engineering and management duties from simple system engineering to complex process design and construction management on chemical and power generation project and plants which had budgets exceeding multi billion dollars.

Some of the mining projects have been basic site engineering to intricate underground tuneling or resolving logistics for mine waste and ore. Some of the companies that he was involved in such as Impel Corporation - Fort Worth, Texas, USA, EBASCO Services, Inc. New York, have given him the board exposure and depth of knowledge in successful mufti-billion dollars projects deployment.

Jody Sitkoski

Director, CBI Renewable Energy Group Ltd

Graduate from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1985, Jody has involved in the Clean Energy Industry for over 30 years. His experience has span across from MR3 System, Clean Coal Resources USA, Life Power and Fuels, Colombia Clean Power and Fuels Inc. in the capacity of VP to Senior Advisor. His expertise is in Merger and Acquisition for enterprises in the environmental and energy sectors.

Dr-Ing Yi-Heng Cheng

Chief Operating Officer, CBI Investment Management Ltd

Graduated from Taipei Institute of Technology (TIT), and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) as Dr.-Ing. of Chemical Engineering, Yi-Heng Cheng worked in Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Technical Service and General Management for BASF Group Companies in Ludwigshafen, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

He was last in charge of implementation of Responsible Care Program and Sustainable Development for BASF in Asia Pacific, before changed to CEO of Knauf Asia. He was chairman of chemical associations in Singapore (SCIC), Co-chair of Plasticizer Workgroup of Association of International Chemical Manufacturers in Hong Kong (AICM), chairman of Emergency Response Workgroup of Foreign Investors in Caojing Chemical Park.

Tony Leung

With more than 30 years working experience covering from new product development, sales and marketing, customer support, data centre operations, Major Projects management, business valuation and corporate finance related advisory including Fund raising from equity markets.

Shen Lim

Shen Lim, is a veteran ICT professional having almost 26 years’ experience in all areas of management: sales, marketing, business development, operations, service support, research & development, product management, fund raising and finance. At present, Shen spends his time between Hong Kong and Malaysia where he provides investment, management and financial advisory services for clients in ASEAN and China.

Shen has investment in number of companies that focus on environmental related business in particular, Inno Integrasi Sdn Bhd, a unique organization that is focused on Public Private Collaborative Program Inno-Works® for BOT of waste treatment plants (for palm oil mills waste) that produce bio-organic fertilisers and qualify for Carbon Credit under the UNFCCC’s Clean Development Mechanism. Inno-Works® Program has been nominated as one of the Bio-Economy Transformation Program of the Malaysian Government.
